    Azure has implemented networking configuration changes and performed failovers which has provided relief from this mornings incident. Our systems have currently recovered from any adverse affects from their outage. We will continue to monitor over the next few hours.

    Due to a recent bad update deployed by CrowdStrike, some Windows workstations may fail to boot. CrowdStrike has deployed a fix for this that requires manual intervention by the IT Team.

    At this time - impacted machines have been repaired. We are marking this issue as resolved at this time.

We are currently investigating the impact to ETT production systems. Remote staff can use vpn.bestpass.com to access network resources.     We are currently investigating this incident, but those remote workers that normally connect using access.bestpass.com are experiencing connectivity issues getting to network resources. vpn.bestpass.com should be used as a work around as we troubleshoot the issue.
